One throws a rock into the water and the water makes ripples which lap the farther shore.
The human who throws the rock; the rock itself; the water; and the far shore—all these are equivalent manifestations of the same actuality of wholeness. The rock, the water, the distant bank are as much a cause, in the event, as is the human. Actor, action, acted upon—all inseparable elements in the manifest expression of wholeness – Robert Wolfe
